CMO offered management's written response to OI's administrative referral on May 9, 2008. According to [REDACTED] the two areas of concern highlighted in OI's March 25, 2008, referral have been corrected as follows: the SSYD Shop Desk has been abolished. The SSYD Mechanical Department has reestablished the use of a card key access system to better monitor clerical employees' time.
