Management Advisory Report - GOVERNANCE: Injury Claims Trend Data for Fiscal Years 2010 through 2013

Our objective was to analyze personal injury claims data to identify trends and patterns that could be useful in managing the claims process. We used the Audit Command Language (ACL), a specialized data analysis software tool, to analyze 100 percent of the claims from FY 2010 through FY 2013 and extended one analysis to FY 2007 to FY 2009. During this process, we met with company officials and gave them the results of our analysis.
