Amtrak Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of Investigations (OI) 2023 Annual Reporting for No‐Knock Search Warrants

Executive Order (EO) 14074, “Advancing Effective, Accountable Policing and Criminal Justice Practices to Enhance Public Trust and Public Safety,” Section 10(c), established guidelines for Federal Law Enforcement Agencies to follow regarding no‐knock entries. EO 14074 stated that Federal Law Enforcement Agencies must maintain records of any no‐knock entries.
