Time & Attendance Fraud

In September 2014, the Office of Inspector General (OIG) received information that an Amtrak employee was leaving work early every day while being paid for an entire 10-hour shift. It was also reported that the employee was not completing the commercial vehicle logs for their hours of service as required for their position.
