FORMER EMPLOYEE SENTENCED ON CHILD PORNOGRAPHY CHARGES

Anthony Gregory, a former Amtrak conductor based in Los Angeles, California, was sentenced on August 13, 2026, in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of San Diego to two years in prison after pleading guilty in 2025 to child pornography charges and disobeying a court order. He was also ordered to pay $1,800 in restitution, register as a sex offender and submit to DNA testing. Our investigation found that Gregory advertised for sale and distribution obscene matter depicting a person under the age of 18 years old, and he violated a court order obtained to prevent domestic violence and disturbance of the peace.
