EMPLOYEE TERMINATED FOR VIOLATION OF SEVERAL COMPANY POLICIES
An Amtrak senior principal architect who worked remotely was terminated from employment on June 17, 2026, as a result of our investigation. We found that the former employee violated company policies by misattributing his work hours by charging potentially reimbursable billable hours to a project to which he was not assigned; failing to disclose ownership of a personal business on his Certificate of Compliance; utilizing company assets for his personal business; taking a company computer abroad without permission; providing false information about his residency; and failing to provide honest and complete answers during an interview with our agents. The former employee is not eligible for rehire.
