Amtrak OIG supported investigation leads to conviction in Disadvantaged Business Program scheme

PHILADELPHIA – Alpha Painting and Construction, Inc., and a project manager with the company were found guilty of one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, three counts of wire fraud, and ten counts of making false statements in the U.S. District Court Aug. 30, 2018.
